• Discord username and server nickname
• Discord server ID
• Discord roles and verification status
• Linked game account information, such as player name or account identifier
• Information required to synchronize a player's game account with their Discord account

The Bot does not collect Discord passwords or authentication credentials.

Information processed by the Bot is used only to provide and maintain its functionality, including:

• Verifying and linking game accounts with Discord accounts
• Updating Discord server nicknames after verification
• Assigning or removing Discord roles
• Synchronizing verification information between Discord and our game server
• Providing moderation and server administration features
• Maintaining the security and proper operation of our community services

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information processed by the Bot is not shared with third parties except when necessary to operate our services, comply with legal requirements, protect our services or users, or when required by Discord's platform functionality.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Bot's verification, synchronization, moderation, and server management functionality.

Information associated with a linked or verified account may be retained while the account remains active within our services.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Bot against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Users may request deletion of information associated with their Discord account or linked game account by contacting the Equity Gaming administration team through our official Discord community.

Requests will be reviewed and processed where applicable, subject to information that may need to be retained for security, abuse prevention, or legal requirements.

The Bot operates using Discord's platform and API. Use of Discord itself is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Bot's functionality or data handling practices change. Updates will be reflected on this page along with the revised "Last Updated" date.
